Polestar x EV Experience

The EV Experience took place at the Zandvoort racing circuit and was attended by Polestar, a premium electric vehicle brand. The event manager organized Polestar's presence, including a visually stunning stand, test-drive vehicles, and a marketing campaign. The event was a success, and Polestar's test-drive opportunities and marketing efforts helped build awareness and interest in the brand.

How I organized a unique opportunity to take Polestar for a spin on the racetrack in Zandvoort.

The 21st, 22nd, and 23rd of September marked a significant event for the electric vehicle industry as the EV Experience was organized on the Zandvoort racing circuit. As a premium electric vehicle brand, Polestar took the opportunity to be among the exhibitors and showcase its offerings to the public.

A high-paced process

As the event manager, I was responsible for organizing Polestar's presence at the event. This involved coordinating with several agencies to create a visually stunning stand that reflected the brand's image, including signage, branded furniture, and hardware. I also took charge of the logistics of test-drive vehicles and arranged a crew for the three-day event, as well as taking care of company outfits, hotel reservations, and crew catering. In addition to the physical setup, I was also responsible for setting up the marketing campaign for the event. This involved creating an email campaign that reached out to the community and invited them to join the event. By leveraging our email list, we were able to drive significant foot traffic to the Polestar stand, which allowed us to showcase our electric vehicles to a wider audience.

Boosting brand loyalty and team spirit

Organizing the Polestar stand at the EV Experience racing event brought the team together and boosted their spirit as they worked towards a common goal of showcasing the premium electric vehicles to the public. The teamwork involved in coordinating with agencies, setting up the visually stunning stand, arranging test-drive vehicles, handling logistics and creating the marketing campaign, helped to build a strong sense of unity among the team. The success of the event and the positive feedback from visitors further strengthened the team's loyalty and interest towards the Polestar brand. This experience not only resulted in increased awareness and interest in the brand but also brought the team closer and made them proud to be a part of the company.

With exactly 333 test-drives performed, Polestar's presence at the EV Experience was a resounding success. The test-drive opportunities allowed visitors to experience the exceptional performance and handling of our electric vehicles, while our visually stunning stand and marketing efforts helped to build awareness and interest in the brand.

Overall, the EV Experience was a memorable and successful event, and I am proud to have been a part of the team that brought Polestar's premium electric vehicles to life.
