Challenge: Redesign and redevelop Livengo's online presence and brand identity to match their growth and market position.
Role: UX & Brand Designer
As the lead UX and brand designer, I immersed myself in Livengo's brand ethos and target audience. The goal was to create a cohesive visual language that would resonate across all platforms. I focused on creating clean, visually appealing designs while maintaining a hands-on approach throughout the project.
The website UI improvements were aimed at enhancing user experience and increasing conversion rates. I implemented intuitive navigation structures and optimized product displays to showcase Livengo's high-quality beds effectively.
For the marketing materials, I developed a consistent visual style that highlighted Livengo's unique selling points. The magazine advertisement was designed to catch the eye and communicate the brand's commitment to comfort and quality. Advertising banners were created with strategic CTAs to drive traffic to the website. The website images were carefully curated and designed to create an inviting online environment that reflected the comfort of Livengo's products.
Throughout the process, I maintained open communication with the client, regularly presenting ideas and incorporating feedback to ensure the final products aligned perfectly with their vision and goals.
The client expressed high satisfaction with the results, particularly praising the clean work and collaborative process. The new designs significantly improved Livengo's brand consistency across different media, enhancing brand recognition. Initial data showed increased engagement on the website and higher click-through rates on the new advertising materials.
