For Crea Geneve, a Swiss business school with a focus on creative digital development, I created a 2 day training course on the topic of Service Design and Design Thinking, which I lectured online during the Covid Crisis.
This course contained hands-on exercises, that trained student in the creation of practical personas, and the iterative proces of developing user journeys. The training covers all the basic principles and techniques of service design, and Enriched with real-world case examples.
What made the training unique is the way in my opinion, is how brand principles were integrated in the process of service design. Teaching a whole new approach of applying brand principles into every single touchpoint of the customer journey.
